Dyer Askins
Dyer is the owner and operator of Canebrake Land Services. A Charleston native, he graduated from The Citadel in 2019 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Construction Engineering. With a lifelong background in construction and professional experience as a Construction Manager since 2019, Dyer brings a practical, hands-on understanding of site work, land clearing, and project management to every job.

He is also a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina with The Brokerage, giving him a well-rounded perspective on land use, property value, and development potential. As an active board member of Lowcountry Quail Forever, Dyer is passionate about responsible land management, habitat improvement, and conservation.

Outside of work, you can usually find him outdoors—working at his family farm in Oakridge, South Carolina, surfing the Washout at Folly Beach, or bird hunting with his German Shorthaired Pointer, Fig.
